Supporting individuals and families has always been at the heart of my work. Drawing on experience in healthcare, early childhood education, and specialized education, I provide compassionate, practical support tailored to each person’s unique needs.

I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families facing challenges related to emotional regulation, behaviour, social skills, autonomy, daily routines, adaptation to diagnoses, and everyday life transitions.

Services are available in the office, at home, or within community settings when appropriate, allowing me to provide personalized support and practical strategies that fit naturally into everyday life.

My goal is to offer meaningful guidance, concrete tools, and a supportive environment where individuals and families feel understood, empowered, and equipped to thrive.
